Technical Writer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Writer with a background in technology and business processes who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This role is critical to ensuring clear project scope, goal, structured documentation, and smooth communication between stakeholders (Sales, Business, and solution development).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze internal/external client requirements, business processes, planned software workflow, and convert them into structured technical documents
Prepare and maintain:
Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
Product Requirement Document (PRD)
User flow, system flow, data flow, and product features breakdown
Manual preparation to align with SOP
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Development teams to clarify project scope
Translate business requirements into clear technical language for developers
Standardize documentation templates across projects
Review project scopes and align with stakeholders before initiating development to minimize ambiguity
Maintain a centralized documentation repository for all projects
Assist in proposal and pre-sales documentation when required
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Bachelor’s degree in CSE / BBA / or related field
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bangla)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive and Team player approach
Ability to break down complex ideas into clear documentation
Experience Requirement
- At least 3 years
Key Competencies
Experience in writing SRS/PRD documents
Technology process, policy, and SOP
Project Management Fundamentals
ITIL 4 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified
Microsoft Project and Visio
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Basic understanding of UI/UX and system design
Experience working with developers and product teams
Knowledge of tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, or similar
