Job Summary
Zencore Solutions Limited is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to contribute to business growth, sales operations, enterprise client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in B2B sales, technology solution selling, ERP sales, and managing large corporate accounts. Candidates with hands-on experience in selling Odoo ERP will receive preference. 

Salary - Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for Odoo ERP implementation. 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. 

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, seminars, and industry events. 

  • Understand client business processes and identify ERP requirements. 

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and corporate clients. 

  • Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close high-value business deals. 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients’ decision-makers and key stakeholders. 

  • Prepare and present business proposals, commercial offers, and solution presentations. 

  • Collaborate with technical, implementation, finance, and operations teams to deliver customer requirements. 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 

  • MBA will be considered an advantage. 

Experience Requirement
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Software Sales or Enterprise Solution Selling. 

  • Direct experience in Odoo ERP sales will be considered a significant advantage. 

  • Proven experience in corporate sales and business development. 

  • Strong experience in handling large corporate clients and key accounts. 

  • Experience in ERP, SaaS, software, technology solutions, or digital transformation sales is highly preferred.
