Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who excels at creating engaging animations, motion graphics, and professional video content. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to turn ideas into visually appealing stories.

Job Type: Office Desk Job
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Office Location: Aqua Tower, 43 C/A, Mohakhali, Dhaka 1212
Salary: BDT 35,000 – 45,000/month (negotiable based on skill) + performance bonus
Probation Period: 3 months
Employment Status: Full-time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives
Edit and enhance video footage, integrating animations, transitions, and sound effects for a seamless final product
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute unique visual content that aligns with project goals
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to deliver fresh and innovative work
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience Requirement

Video Editor with strong Motion Graphics skills (Premiere Pro & After Effects)
Experience: Prior experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or a similar role is highly preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion graphics, animations, and video editing
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively
Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with accountability for delivering quality work
Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines without compromising quality
Experience working with international clients across various industries
Familiar with AI tools for image and video generation
Experienced in social media video editing - Reels, Shorts, ad campaigns, and scroll-stopping content
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with fast turnaround
