Job Summary

Betopia Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Technical Recruiter to join our HR / Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background (Computer Science & Engineering) combined with proven experience hiring for software and IT roles, and will own end-to-end technical recruitment for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/HR screening interviews
Coordinate with technical panels/department heads for interview scheduling and evaluation
Assess candidates' technical skill sets, coding background, and cultural fit
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Manage job postings on BDJobs, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
Negotiate salary and close offers with selected candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
Coordinate onboarding formalities with the HR team
Build employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent
Any task assigned by the supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a related discipline

Experience Requirement

At least 5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment/IT Recruitment
Experience in hiring for software development, QA, and IT infrastructure roles preferred
Experience working in a software company or IT-focused recruitment agency is mandatory

Key Competencies

Age 27 to 35 years
Strong understanding of programming languages, SDLC, and technical hiring processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to evaluate technical resumes and conduct basic technical screening
Proficient in using BDJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS/recruitment tools
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
