Junior Architect & Interior Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect & Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, designing, and executing architectural and interior design projects for residential, commercial, and office spaces. This role involves preparing design concepts, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, material selections, and site coordination while working closely with senior architects, engineers, and clients to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and high-quality design solutions.
Work Location: Aqua Tower, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1212
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Prepare complete 2D architectural drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, site plans, and conceptual layouts.
Convert client concepts, hand sketches, PDFs, and markups into accurate, professional technical drawings.
Research and apply international building codes (USA & UK) and local regulatory standards to produce permit-ready drawings.
Develop and coordinate MEP layouts (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) in alignment with architectural plans.
Create high-quality 3D models, realistic interior/exterior renderings, and immersive architectural environments.
Develop landscape designs, site layouts, lighting, texturing, and atmospheric elements for compelling visual presentations.
Design functional interior layouts, mood boards, material palettes, furniture plans, and lighting concepts for residential, commercial, office, showroom, and hospitality projects.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, furniture, and décor elements based on project requirements.
Present design concepts and 3D visualizations to local and international clients during online meetings.
Revise drawings, renderings, and design solutions based on client feedback and technical requirements.
Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience Requirement
Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio demonstrating architectural floor planning, 3D modeling, and environment visualization are encouraged to apply.
Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an architectural, interior design, or consulting firm will be considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in industry-standard architectural and 3D visualization software with a portfolio of academic or professional projects.
Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards, space planning, and design principles.
Key Competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting standards.
Strong expertise in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar 3D modeling and rendering software.
Ability to create high-quality 2D floor plans, 3D models, realistic renderings, and architectural visualizations.
Solid understanding of architectural drawings, scale, dimensions, annotations, construction details, and working drawings.
Basic knowledge of MEP (Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC) layout coordination.
Experience converting design concepts, sketches, and PDFs into professional technical drawings.

Probation Period: 6-Month
