As a Video Editor at JOIN VENTURE AI, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content, trailers, and promotional material. You’ll collaborate with a team of content creators, marketing strategists, and designers to produce high-quality visual experiences using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
Bonus Points: Candidates with basic motion element design skills alongside fundamental graphic design skills will have a much higher chance of being shortlisted!

Work Location:  Mohakhali, Dhaka
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

• Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content, trailers, and promotional material.

• Collaborate with a team of content creators, marketing strategists, and designers to bring creative visions to life.

• Create seamless cuts, pacing, and transitions using software like Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.

• Incorporate basic motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects to elevate the video quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical editing issues, ensuring correct video formats, codecs, and dimensions.

• Participate in creative brainstorming and implement feedback to improve the final cut.

• Integrate audio, sound effects, and music tracks to enhance the overall tone and storytelling.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, editing styles, and video platform requirements (TikTok, Reels, YouTube).

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film & Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• A portfolio or sample video editing projects will be an advantage

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software

• Familiarity with social media content creation and current video trends
