We are seeking proactive and career-oriented individuals for the position of Trainee Foreign Communication Executive. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and an interest in international client communication and digital services. The selected candidates will communicate with international clients, understand business requirements, and promote the company’s services professionally.

Work Location: Banasree, Dhaka

Shift Schedule (Roster-Based):

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

• 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

• Communicate with international clients through chat platforms and virtual meetings

• Understand client business objectives and recommend appropriate digital marketing services

• Present and explain company services in a professional and effective manner

• Conduct sales discussions and convert prospective leads into clients

• Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients

• Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline regularly

• Coordinate with the internal marketing team after a successful client onboarding

• Maintain updated knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture/CSE. 

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or client communication will be considered an added advantage

• Prior work experience or knowledge in Architecture Design, 3D visualization, Web Development, WordPress, or Shopify projects will be considered an advantage.

• Candidates from a technology-related academic background are highly encouraged to apply

• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with strong fluency in professional speaking and writing.

• Minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM for effective international communication

• Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of Architecture and Web Development services, including architectural design, 3D visualization, website design, WordPress, Shopify, and website development (training will be provided). 

• Ability to explain services clearly and professionally, handle client queries and objections

• Ability to work in roster-based shifts aligned with international time zones.

• Must be willing to work onsite at our Banasree Offices.
