• Create engaging Facebook posts, social media creatives, and advertisement designs.

• Design posters, banners, and other promotional materials.

• Design brand guidelines and some product packaging designs.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative campaigns.

• Revise and improve designs based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.

• Prepare print-ready artwork for publishing and promotional materials.

• Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Organize and maintain design files for future use.

• Basic video editing for social media content is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Design attractive and professional book covers for print and digital publishing.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experienced candidates will be given preference.

• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and a passion for design are also encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

• Basic knowledge of AI-powered design tools will be considered an advantage.

• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
