Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & CRM Engineer to design, implement, and manage intelligent automation solutions using n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), AI tools, and third-party integrations. In this role, you will streamline business operations, automate sales and marketing processes, build AI-powered workflows, and create scalable automation systems that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Work Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka

Shift Schedule (Roster-Based): 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n.
  • Configure and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM accounts, pipelines, opportunities, and client sub-accounts.
  • Build sales, marketing, onboarding, and customer support automations inside GoHighLevel.
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and n8n.
  • Build AI-powered workflows using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, or other LLM APIs.
  • Create AI Chatbots, AI Voice Agents, and intelligent lead qualification systems.
  • Connect business tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, Twilio, Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.
  • Design automated lead nurturing, appointment booking, follow-up, and notification systems.
  • Develop custom API integrations and webhook-based workflows.
  • Troubleshoot workflow failures, API errors, and integration issues.
  • Monitor automation performance and optimize workflows for reliability and scalability.
  • Document automation systems, API configurations, and workflow architecture.
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Sales, and Development teams to deliver automation solutions for clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest features in GoHighLevel, n8n, AI tools, and automation technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Requirement
  • Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, etc.).
  • Experience with Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, Vapi, Retell AI, or ElevenLabs.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms.
Key Competencies
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Hands-on experience with n8n.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Webhooks.
  • Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with CRM automation and sales pipelines.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build scalable automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
