Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives and online business expansion. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in business development, sales support, and marketplace optimization. You will work closely with business and sales teams to analyze data, optimize gigs, and support revenue-driving activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed forecasting plans to support business development strategies and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Research and identify profitable niches to guide gig creation and long-term business growth.
  • Assist in editing and optimizing gigs to improve visibility, engagement, and alignment with current market demands.
  • Maintain and update business summaries, performance metrics, and forecasts in Microsoft Excel, and Track and update gig positions and impressions using Google Sheets for performance monitoring.
  • Support the sales team by tracking leads, assisting with outreach activities, and ensuring smooth processes for deal closures.
  • Conduct keyword research to enhance gig rankings and improve discoverability.
  • Perform regular audits of profiles and gigs to ensure consistency with brand identity and audience targeting.
  • Ensure all spreadsheets, performance data, and business records are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business strategies and market research
  • Familiarity with online business platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
Experience Requirement
  • Professional certification in business development or sales
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
  • Experience with sales forecasting and market analysis
