Job Summary
The Jr. Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales process for Join Venture AI's AI and digital solutions. The role involves client outreach, relationship building, proposal preparation, CRM management, and achieving assigned sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Work Location:  Mohakhali, Dhaka

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.

  • Create high-quality written content for projects and platforms.

  • Write clear and precise instructions for content tasks.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet content needs effectively.

  • Revise and refine content based on feedback to maintain excellence.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field will be given preference (IT professionals are highly preferred)

Experience Requirement
  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in IT, AI, SaaS, or digital services will be considered an added advantage.

Key Competencies
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills.

  • Typing speed: 35–40 words per minute.

  • Proficiency in creating professional text content.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Proactive attitude with a passion for learning.

  • Knowledge in Mobile App Development, Full Stack Website Development, Mobile Game Development, WordPress, Shopify
