Trainee Executive, MIS & ERP
Job Summary
The Trainee Executive, MIS & ERP, will support ERP development, MIS operations, reporting, and business process automation under the guidance of the MIS & ERP team.
This is an entry-level technical role for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who want hands-on experience with Python, ERP systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise automation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining ERP/MIS features using Python and related technologies.
Support API integrations using REST, JSON, XML-RPC, and XML-based data exchange formats.
Work with frontend components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap when required.
Help prepare reports, dashboards, data validation tasks, and process automation support for business users.
Support database-related tasks using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, or similar database platforms.
Use Git for version control, team collaboration, code tracking, and structured development workflow.
Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, document findings, and coordinate with senior team members to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Sc. in CSE
- Strong interest in Python, ERP, MIS, databases, and software development will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirement
0–1 Year (Freshers strongly encouraged to apply)
Basic to strong knowledge of Python programming.
An understanding of the Django framework will be an advantage.
Knowledge of API integration such as REST, JSON, and XML-RPC.
Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with XML for data formatting and integration.
Basic knowledge of Git for version control and team collaboration.
Strong debugging and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Willingness to learn, improve, and work under deadlines.
Passion for clean, efficient, and well-structured code.

ERP & MIS Understanding: Interest in learning ERP workflows, reporting needs, and business process automation.
