Job Summary

To establish, implement, and continuously improve Betopia Group's enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), creating a digital learning culture that enhances employee capability, leadership development, compliance, productivity, and business performance. The role will ensure every employee has a structured learning journey aligned with career progression and organizational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • LMS Strategy & Implementation (Primary Responsibility)
    • Lead the complete implementation of Betopia Group's Learning Management System (LMS) integrated with ODOO ERP.
    • Configure LMS architecture including:
    • Learning Paths
    • Certification Programs
    • Department-wise Learning Matrix
    • Skill Matrix
    • Competency Framework
    • Employee Learning Profiles
  • Manage LMS administration, user access, permissions, dashboards, and system maintenance.
  • Ensure seamless integration between LMS and HRIS.

  • Learning Need Analysis
    • Conduct annual and quarterly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through:
      • Performance Review Results
      • KPI Gap Analysis
      • Competency Assessment
      • Employee Surveys
      • Departmental Feedback
      • Business Expansion Requirements
    • Translate business needs into structured learning solutions.

  • Digital Learning Content Development
    • Design and develop:
      • E-learning Courses
      • Video Learning Modules
      • Interactive Assessments
      • SOP Learning Modules
      • Compliance Courses
      • Leadership Programs
      • Sales Training
      • Technical Training
      • Soft Skills Programs
    • Develop standardized digital induction modules for every new employee.

  • Training Calendar Management
    • Develop an annual learning calendar covering:
      • Functional Training
      • Technical Training
      • Leadership Development
      • Customer Service
      • Compliance
      • Product Knowledge
      • Digital Skills
      • Managerial Capability
      • Behavioral Skills
    • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.

  • Leadership Development
    • Support Betopia Leadership Academy by:
      • Designing Leadership Learning Paths
      • High Potential Development Programs
      • Future Leaders Program
      • Management Development Program (MDP)
      • Executive Development Program
    • Support succession planning initiatives through competency-based learning.

  • Train-the-Trainer (TTT)
    • Develop internal trainers across all SBUs.
    • Responsibilities include:
      • Identifying SMEs
      • Conducting TTT Workshops
      • Trainer Certification
      • Trainer Evaluation
      • Internal Faculty Development

  • Learning Analytics & Reporting
    • Develop executive dashboards covering:
      • Training Hours
      • Learning Completion Rate

      • Learning Compliance
      • Skill Gap Analysis
      • Department-wise Learning Score
      • Learning ROI
      • Training Effectiveness
      • Employee Development Progress
    • Present monthly learning reports at the HR meeting.

  • Budget & Vendor Management
    • Manage:
      • Annual Training Budget
      • Vendor Selection
      • External Trainers
      • Universities
      • Professional Institutions
      • Online Learning Platforms
    • Negotiate costs while maximizing learning ROI.

  • Continuous Improvement
    • Continuously improve learning programs using:
      • Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model
      • ROI Analysis
      • Employee Feedback
      • Business Performance Metrics
      • Competency Assessments
    • Benchmark learning practices against industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any relevant department.
  • Certification in Learning & Development
  • Instructional Design
  • Organizational Development or LMS Administration is preferred.
Experience Requirement
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in LMS implementation or administration.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering digital learning programs.
  • Experience with ERP-integrated LMS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or LMS Administration is preferred.
