Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining hardware, software, networks, and systems, while ensuring optimal performance, security, and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal server, network management, end-user support, and existing software administration.

  • Install, configure, and support large-scale production and network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network equipment.

  • Network troubleshooting and fault analysis, hardware troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of network fundamentals and general network/ device configuration.

  • Able to prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all IT software and equipment.

  • You must have practical knowledge of installing and configuring networking equipment, such as routers (MikroTik), switches (CISCO), and wireless devices.

  • Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, and inter-VLAN routing.

  • Plan and manage IT projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the team management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirement
  • At most 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
