➧Evening: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
➧Night: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am

• Communicate professionally with foreign clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare reports on client interactions and highlight opportunities for business growth.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, HSC/A-Level, or Diploma.

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in Full Stack Website Development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Webflow,
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with strong fluency in professional speaking and writing.
• Minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM for effective international communication
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain services clearly and professionally, handle client queries and objections
• Ability to work in roster-based shifts aligned with international time zones.
• Must be willing to work on-site at our Mohakhali and Banasree Offices.
