Job Summary
We are looking for skilled SEO experts to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone analytical, research-driven, and passionate about staying ahead of evolving search engine trends.

* Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
* Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day holiday: Friday or Sunday)
* Probation Period: 6 Months
* Office Address: Ambon Complex, Level 15, Mohakhali, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and optimize websites to improve search rankings and organic traffic
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to analyze and improve performance
- Implement schema markup, site speed enhancements, and mobile SEO best practices
- Experience with content optimization and SEO copywriting
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Stay informed about the latest SEO, GEO, and AEO trends, ranking factors, and algorithm updates
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Diploma or BSc in CSE or a related field (Preferred)
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 Year of Relevant SEO Experience
Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
- Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, and Search Intent Optimization
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Similar SEO Tools
- Knowledge of Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, Site Speed Optimization, and Mobile SEO
- Experience in Content Optimization, SEO Copywriting, and Link Building Strategies
- Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Principles
- Ability to Analyze Data, Interpret SEO Metrics, and Generate Actionable Insights
- Familiarity with WordPress, CMS Platforms, and Basic HTML/CSS Concepts
- Strong Problem-Solving, Research, and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English
- Ability to Work Independently, Manage Priorities, and Meet Deadlines
- Up-to-Date Knowledge of Search Engine Algorithms, Industry Trends, and Best Practices
