Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our product and engineering team. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and developers. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who understands both business processes and modern software development workflows.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Office Desk Job

  • Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day holiday: Friday or Sunday)

  • Salary: Negotiable, based on skill & performance

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

  • Translate requirements into BRD, FRD, SRS, SDD, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria

  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation

  • Create process flows, wireframes, and system diagrams for better clarity

  • Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups)

  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions

  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for system and process improvements

  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables against requirements

  • Assist in product planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap discussions

  • Maintain clear and structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirement
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who understands both business processes and modern software development workflows.
Key Competencies
  • Business Analysis Expertise: Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication

  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, and user stories

  • Software Development Understanding: Good knowledge of SDLC (Agile & Waterfall)

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex business problems into structured solutions

  • Tools: Experience with Jira / ClickUp / Trello, Confluence / Notion

  • Diagramming & Design: Familiarity with Figma, Draw.io, and Lucidchart for flows and wireframes

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and system integrations

  • Experience with tools like Postman for API testing

  • Exposure to AI-based systems, SaaS platforms, or call management systems

  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban

  • Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis
