Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled WordPress Theme Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing WordPress themes to create visually appealing, responsive, and high-performance websites. You will collaborate with designers and developers to deliver user-friendly and scalable web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes from scratch
- Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect WordPress themes
- Ensure themes are fully responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessible
- Optimize theme performance, speed, and SEO-friendliness
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and AI developers
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or related field
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Good understanding of WordPress theme structure and template hierarchy
- Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in WordPress theme development (preferred)
- Freshers with strong portfolio/projects are encouraged to apply
- Hands-on experience in developing responsive and dynamic WordPress websites
- Experience working on live or client-based projects will be an advantage
