Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. You will work closely with frontend developers and other team members to deliver robust and efficient software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and APIs
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Develop and manage databases and data storage solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Ensure code quality, security, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or related field
Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, Django, etc.)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Experience with version control systems like Git
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in backend development (preferred)
- Freshers with strong programming skills and project experience are encouraged to apply
- Hands-on experience in API development and database management
- Experience working on real-world applications or live projects is a plus
