Foreign Communication Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a ๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ to manage client communications and provide timely support. You will act as the main point of contact for our international clients, offering solutions and suggestions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐: 6 Months (Based on your performence)
๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฒ: 6 days per week, 1 day weekend
๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ญ:
โงMorning: 7:00 am โ 3:30 pm
โงEvening: 2:30 pm โ 11:00 pm
โงNight: 10:30 pm โ 7:00 am
Key Responsibilities
โ Communicate professionally with foreign clients.
โ Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
โ Maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
โ Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.
โ Prepare reports on client interactions and highlight opportunities for business growth.

โค Knowledge in *Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, or Full Stack Website Development*
โค Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
