Job Summary
Fire AI is seeking an International Sales Associate to engage with global clients, understand business needs, and present AI, web, and digital solutions effectively. The role involves marketplace communication, lead management, and coordination with technical teams to support deal execution. Ideal for fresh graduates looking to build an international sales career in the AI and technology sector.

  • Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
  • Work Days: 6 days/week
  • Shifts: Roster-based (Morning/Evening/Night) (Night shift includes additional facilities)
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with international clients via Marketplace.
  • Understand client goals.
  • Introduce AI, web, mobile, and digital solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain lead follow-ups and basic CRM records.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth client handling.
  • Gradually take ownership of deals as your skills grow.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience Requirement
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Competencies
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of AI development & platforms, CMS platforms, digital marketing or full-stack development will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
