Job Summary
Softvence Agency (Delta)  is seeking a Foreign Communication Executive to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site role involves managing communication with international clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally with international clients
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of services based on client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain records and reports of client communications
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and service improvement
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Basic knowledge of digital services such as Graphics Design, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Webflow
  • Understanding of web development (full-stack knowledge is a plus)
Experience Requirement
  • Previous experience in client handling or communication roles
  • Must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively
