SparkTech Agency is looking for motivated and results-driven  Google Ads Experts to join our growing team. We are hiring 10 individuals for both day and night shifts who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to build a strong career in paid advertising.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, increase conversions, and achieve business goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to analyze performance, improve campaign strategies, and ensure maximum return on investment.

• Proficient in Google Ads, including keyword research, campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Strong expertise in conversion tracking and performance analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Microsoft Clarity, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and various AI tools.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and paid advertising.
• Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Minimum 0–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROI.
• Experience with keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking and analytics tools.

• Salary Range: BDT 18,500 – 25,000 per month.
