Job Summary

โ Candidates must attend a physical interview at our Dhaka office
โ English fluency is mandatory
โ Strong English fluency (speaking, listening & writing) is mandatory. Please do not apply if you are not fluent.
Key Responsibilities
โ Communicate with US clients via chat, email, and calls
โ Understand and document client requirements accurately
โ Explain company services clearly and professionally
โ Coordinate with internal technical teams
โ Maintain high communication quality standards
โ Learn and master the full service lineup through training
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
โ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
โ Typing speed of 25โ40 WPM
โ Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or digital services (preferred, not mandatory)
โ Education is flexible skills and potential matter more than degrees
โ Freshers are welcome to apply
