Key Responsibilities
โ Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and online meetings
โ Understand client business goals and recommend tailored SEO strategies
โ Present SEO services, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization
โ Build strong client relationships and maintain professional communication
โ Convert conversations into qualified sales opportunities
โ Follow up with potential clients and manage sales pipelines
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
โ Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and online meetings
โ Understand client business goals and recommend tailored SEO strategies
โ Present SEO services, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization
Experience Requirement
โ Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
โ Confident personality with excellent sales and negotiation abilities
โ Basic understanding of SEO concepts and services (training provided)
โ Good typing speed for handling international client communication
โ Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
โ Ability to work in roster-based shifts aligned with global time zones
โ Must be able to work onsite at our Mohakhali office
โ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client communication is a plus
โ Freshers are welcome
