We are looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Odoo Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions with a strong focus on backend development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.


𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Negotiable

• Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL

• Solid experience with Odoo Framework (Backend & Frontend)

• Hands-on experience with XML, JavaScript, and QWeb templating

• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

• Experience working with Linux environments and Git version control

• Proven expertise in Odoo portal development and view customization

• Experience integrating external APIs (REST, JSON, XML-RPC)

• Experience with Nginx, Docker, SSL, and Ubuntu server management

• Experience working with Linux server environments and Git version control

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Software Engineering, ICT, or related field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• Good communication and project handling capability
• Experience in ERP implementation will be considered a strong advantage

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements

• Analyze business processes and provide scalable ERP solutions

• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code

• Optimize system performance and extend functionality through integrations

• Integrate third-party services and APIs within the Odoo ecosystem

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other business teams

• Maintain proper technical documentation and development standards

• Provide technical support during implementation and deployment

• Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions, Python best practices, and ERP trends

• Configure and maintain DevOps pipelines for deployment, testing, and continuous integration (CI/CD)

• Handle Docker, Nginx, PostgreSQL, SSL, domain configuration, and server security management
