Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist – Brand & Client Campaigns to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for both company branding and client projects. This role requires a strong understanding of digital channels, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the digital presence of JVAI and multiple client brands
  • Plan and execute social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Create content calendars and oversee engaging content production
  • Handle daily community engagement and audience interaction
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Perform SEO (keyword research, on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
  • Develop marketing strategies and deliver performance reports (reach, leads, ROI)
  • Work on diverse projects across AI, SaaS, and multiple industries
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client coordinators

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (preferred)
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
  • Hands-on skills in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Canva/Photoshop
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bangla
  • Creative mindset with strong content writing and visual sense
  • Analytical thinking and performance tracking ability
  • Experience with AI/SaaS/tech clients is a bonus
  • Must be able to work on-site in Dhaka and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience Requirement
  • Minimum 0–4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferred)
  • Freshers with strong practical knowledge and portfolio are encouraged to apply
  • Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Proven track record in managing brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
  • Experience in handling multiple client campaigns will be an advantage
