Job Summary
FireAI is hiring motivated professionals to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth service delivery. The role requires strong English communication skills, multitasking ability, and a target-driven mindset. Ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in data analytics, technology, and client management.

  • Not a remote or part-time job
  • 6-month probation period
  • Must attend physical interview & work on-site
  • Candidates currently enrolled in any educational institution need not apply
  • Roster Duty Morning ( 7:00 am to 3:30 pm), Evening( 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm ) and Night ( 10:30 pm to 7:00 am )
  • Candidates  with  marketplace  experience (like Fiverr)  will  be  given  priority.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs
  • Maintain a strong and seamless relationship between the development team and clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Respond promptly to client queries
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Learn and develop knowledge in data analytics, bookkeeping software, machine learning, Python, and Facebook Ads
  • Achieve monthly KPI targets
  • Maintain a fast typing speed to respond efficiently to client messages
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and data analysis preferred
 
Experience Requirement
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or freelancing platforms is a plus but not mandatory

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Typing speed of 25–35 WPM in English
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently
