Job Summary
We’re looking for a performance-focused Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and scale campaigns that actually drive results—traffic, leads, and revenue. You’ll own campaign performance end-to-end, using data to optimize fast and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event optimization
  • Run campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads
  • Conduct audience research (demographics, interests, behaviors, custom audiences)
  • Develop ad copy and collaborate with designers on high-performing creatives
  • Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Monitor budgets and allocate spend for maximum ROI
  • Track and analyze performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.)
  • Use Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to generate actionable insights
  • Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies
  • Run and manage campaigns on TikTok Ads (as required)
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data—not guesswork
  • Align ad strategies with overall marketing and business goals
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field


Experience Requirement
  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns
  • Ability to write effective ad copy
  • Strong data analysis and optimization skills
  • Deep understanding of targeting and campaign structure

Preferred Skills
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or app campaigns
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid platforms
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Ad Platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Data Studio
  • Reporting: Excel, Google Sheets
  • Creative Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
Key Competencies
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Insights
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Experience running or understanding TikTok Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset with performance-first thinking
