Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. The candidate will be responsible for creating 2D plans, developing 3D models, and collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings and layout plans
- Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings using tools like D5, Lumion, and SketchUp
- Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Ensure proper space utilization and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Revise and update designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Meet project deadlines and be flexible with working hours, including night shifts if required
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Bachelorโs degree in related field
- Experience with advanced rendering tools (D5 Render, Lumion)
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Portfolio showcasing previous architectural and 3D visualization work
Experience Requirement
Minimum 1โ2 years of experience in similar role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply)
