Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and energetic Sales Executives to join our team in an on-site role. The position involves client communication, coordination with internal teams, and managing multiple projects especially for platforms like Fiverr and Upwork. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in the tech-enabled sales industry while gaining exposure to tools like data analytics, bookkeeping software, machine learning, Python, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
Maintain strong relationships between clients and the development team
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and smooth project delivery
Respond promptly and professionally to client queries
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Achieve monthly KPI and sales targets
Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies (data analytics, Python, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Ensure fast and accurate typing for efficient client communication
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with data analysis concepts or tools
Awareness of freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Upwork
Interest in digital marketing or tech-related services
Experience Requirement
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or freelancing platforms is a plus but not mandatory
