Job Summary
Betopia Group is looking for a professional, polite, and well-presented Front Desk Executive (Female) to join our team at Dhaka. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the company. This role combines receptionist duties with light administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area and professionally greet all visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor IDs, and manage meeting room schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Admin departments as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and basic office management tasks.
  • Ensure the front desk area remains neat, organized, and professional at all times.
  • Support other admin-related tasks and perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both English and Bengali (spoken & written).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Experience Requirement
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in front desk or receptionist role (preferred).
  • Fresh female candidates with strong communication skills and a professional attitude are also encouraged to apply.
