Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and professionally greet all visitors, clients, and guests.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor IDs, and manage meeting room schedules.
- Provide administrative support to HR and Admin departments as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and basic office management tasks.
- Ensure the front desk area remains neat, organized, and professional at all times.
- Support other admin-related tasks and perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both English and Bengali (spoken & written).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in front desk or receptionist role (preferred).
