Job Summary
The company is hiring a US Client Communicator for a full-time, office-based role in Banasree, Dhaka. The position focuses on communicating with US-based clients through chat, email, and calls while coordinating with internal teams. Strong English fluency in speaking and writing is mandatory. Candidates should be fast learners, comfortable with structured environments, and interested in tech services such as websites and apps. No prior sales experience is required, as full training will be provided. Freshers can apply. The role includes roster-based shifts and a six-month probation period. Salary is negotiable based on skills. Physical interview attendance is required.

● 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time, office-based

● 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬: Roster-based (Morning, Day, Night)

● 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝: 6 months

● 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Negotiable (based on skills and experience)

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬

● This is not a remote role

● This is not a part-time position

● Candidates must attend a physical interview at our Dhaka office

● English fluency is mandatory

● Strong English fluency (speaking, listening & writing) is mandatory. Please do not apply if you are not fluent.


Key Responsibilities

● Communicate with US clients via chat, email, and calls

● Understand and document client requirements accurately

● Explain company services clearly and professionally

● Coordinate with internal technical teams

● Maintain high communication quality standards

● Learn and master the full service lineup through training

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

● Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

● Typing speed of 25–40 WPM

● Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or digital services (preferred, not mandatory)

● Education is flexible skills and potential matter more than degrees

Experience Requirement
