Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager, Digital Marketing (Media Buying, SEO & SEM)

Job Summary

Betopia Group is hiring a highly skilled, fast-moving, and performance-driven Media Buying Senior Executive / Assistant Manager who will manage multiple social media handles, execute and optimize paid media campaigns, and actively work on SEO & SEM initiatives.

The ideal candidate must be strong in media buying, social media management, tracking, troubleshooting, SEO, and SEM, with the ability to handle multiple brands and platforms simultaneously.

Candidates with an agency background will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Buying & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and funnels to maximize ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversions

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
Experience Requirement
3 to 5 years
Key Competencies

Social Media Management (Multiple Handles):

  • Manage and monitor multiple social media pages and ad accounts

  • Ensure smooth daily operation of social platforms, business managers, and ad accounts

  • Coordinate with content and design teams for organic and paid alignment

Troubleshooting & Account Management

  • Troubleshoot issues related to:

  • Ad disapprovals and policy violations

  • Account restrictions or bans

  • Pixel, CAPI, and tracking errors

  • Sudden performance drops

  • Maintain compliance with platform policies and best practices

Tracking, Analytics & Data:

  • Set up, manage, and audit Facebook Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics

  • Ensure accurate event tracking, funnel tracking, and attribution

  • Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and next-step actions

SEO & SEM

  • Execute and manage SEM campaigns including keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategies, and Quality Score optimization

  • Support and implement SEO strategies including:

  • On-page SEO optimization

  • Technical SEO coordination

  • Keyword research and content alignment

  • Monitor SEO & SEM performance and recommend improvements

  • Strategy & Collaboration

  • Handle multiple brands and campaigns in a fast-paced environment

  • Contribute to overall digital growth and performance strategy

  • Test new tools, formats, audiences, and platforms for growth
