Job Summary
SparkTech Agency is seeking a results driven SEO Specialist to improve our online visibility and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, optimizing website performance, and staying up to date with the latest search engine trends and algorithm updates. This role requires both analytical thinking and hands-on execution across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis
- Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking)
- Execute off-page SEO activities (link building, outreach, etc.)
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing, speed optimization)
- Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance regularly
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Familiarity with advanced SEO tools and automation
- Understanding of content marketing strategies
- Knowledge of basic UX/UI principles related to SEO
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO or a similar role
- Proven track record of improving website rankings and traffic
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
