Job Summary
Betopia Group is hiring Sales Performance Managers to monitor and improve the overall sales performance of the organization. The role involves analyzing sales leads, tracking pipeline and conversion data, preparing sales reports, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The selected candidates will coordinate with different sales units, identify performance gaps, and implement strategies to increase revenue and productivity. Applicants should have a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong English communication, analytical ability, and knowledge of Excel or data analysis tools are required. Experience in digital service sales or working with international clients will be an added advantage.

The selected candidates will work closely with the sales team to analyze performance, improve conversion rates, and support business growth, especially while working with ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ.

Key Responsibilities

โ— Monitor overall group sales performance across all SBUs

โ— Analyze leads, pipeline, and conversion data

โ— Plan and execute actions to achieve sales KPIs

โ— Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

โ— Identify gaps and implement improvement strategies

โ— Coordinate with Sales Leaders to ensure target achievement

โ— Track revenue, target, and manpower productivity

โ— Support management with insights and performance updates

โ— Ensure sales activities follow company goals and plans

โ— Take necessary actions to maximize group sales growth

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
โ— Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
Experience Requirement
โ— Prior experience in sales analysis, digital service sales, or international client management will be preferred.
Key Competencies

โ— Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

โ— Smart, proactive, and analytical mindset.

โ— Experience working with foreign clients is highly preferred.

โ— Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, data analysis, or ERP systems.

โ— Understanding of sales conversion rate optimization will be an advantage.
