Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor overall group sales performance across all SBUs
● Analyze leads, pipeline, and conversion data
● Plan and execute actions to achieve sales KPIs
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
● Identify gaps and implement improvement strategies
● Coordinate with Sales Leaders to ensure target achievement
● Track revenue, target, and manpower productivity
● Support management with insights and performance updates
● Ensure sales activities follow company goals and plans
● Take necessary actions to maximize group sales growth

Key Competencies
● Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
● Smart, proactive, and analytical mindset.
● Experience working with foreign clients is highly preferred.
● Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, data analysis, or ERP systems.
