Job Summary
Softvence Delta is seeking a motivated Junior AI Automation Engineer to support the development and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of AI concepts and automation tools, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows that enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing AI automation workflows
- Work with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, and browser automation
- Support the design and development of AI agents and automated systems
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into automation pipelines
- Monitor, test, and optimize automation performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation workflows
- Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency
- Maintain documentation for processes, tools, and workflows
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Basic experience with AI/ML concepts or tools
- Familiarity with scripting or programming (Python/JavaScript is a plus)
- Experience with CRM automation tools like GoHighLevel
- Understanding of cloud platforms or APIs
- Exposure to real-world automation or AI projects
Experience Requirement
- 0–1 year of experience in AI, automation, or a related field
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge or project experience are encouraged to apply
- Hands-on experience with automation tools or AI-based projects will be an advantage
