We are looking for a motivated International Sales Communicator who can connect with global clients, understand their business needs, and present effective SEO solutions that help websites rank higher and drive more traffic.

● 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
● 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
● 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 & 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬
● Interview process for shortlisted candidates
● 6-Month Probation Period
● Probation Salary: BDT 15,000/month
● After Confirmation (Permanent Role):
● Salary: BDT 20,500/month (Performance-Based)

Key Responsibilities
● Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and online meetings
● Understand client business goals and recommend tailored SEO strategies
● Present SEO services, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization
● Build strong client relationships and maintain professional communication
● Convert conversations into qualified sales opportunities
● Follow up with potential clients and manage sales pipelines
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
● Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and online meetings
● Understand client business goals and recommend tailored SEO strategies
● Present SEO services, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization
Experience Requirement
● Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
● Confident personality with excellent sales and negotiation abilities
● Basic understanding of SEO concepts and services (training provided)
● Good typing speed for handling international client communication
● Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
● Ability to work in roster-based shifts aligned with global time zones
● Must be able to work onsite at our Mohakhali office
● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client communication is a plus
● Freshers are welcome
