AI Engineer

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer to support the development and execution of Betopia Group’s 2026 AI and Automation Roadmap. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that connect data with real business operations. The selected candidate will work on intelligent automation workflows, machine learning models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

The position requires strong proficiency in Python and leading AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn, along with hands-on experience in AI automation and RESTful API integration. The candidate will be responsible for building and fine-tuning predictive models, computer vision systems for detection and recognition, and document-based knowledge retrieval systems. Knowledge of SQL and vector databases, data preprocessing, feature engineering, Git, and basic MLOps practices is essential.

The AI Engineer will collaborate closely with software development teams to integrate AI models into web and mobile platforms, ensure production-level performance, and maintain clean, well-documented code. • Design, develop, and maintain AI Automation workflows to streamline business processes.

• Implement and fine-tune Machine Learning models for predictive analytics, vision-based detection, and behavior learning.

• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for document-based knowledge retrieval and automated reporting.

• Collaborate with the software team to integrate AI models and APIs into existing web and mobile platforms.

• Optimize AI systems for performance, ensuring low latency and high reliability in production environments.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code for AI microservices.

• Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues in AI pipelines in a timely and efficient manner.

• Participate in research and testing of new AI tools to maintain a competitive edge in the local market.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
