We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer (n8n) to join Join Venture AI at Aqua Tower, Mohakhali, Dhaka. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining powerful automation workflows using n8n to streamline business processes across marketing, sales, operations, and support. • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n.
• Integrate multiple APIs, SaaS tools, and databases to create seamless data pipelines.
• Develop custom nodes or scripts when required for advanced automation needs.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.
• Automate business processes across marketing, sales, operations, and support teams.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to implement effective automation solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and proper error handling in all workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest automation tools, integrations, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with other automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or Python for custom scripting.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Previous experience in automating marketing, sales, or operational processes.
• Strong portfolio of automation workflows or personal projects.

• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with strong practical skills and hands-on n8n projects are highly encouraged to apply).
• Candidates with practical experience in building automation workflows will be given preference.

• Hands-on experience with n8n (or similar tools like Zapier/Make).
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to design reliable, scalable, and efficient automation workflows.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other departments.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new automation technologies.
