Job Summary
Sparktech Agency, a concern of Betopia Group, is hiring Call Center Executives (International) for its Dhaka office. This role focuses on handling customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and support. It is ideal for individuals who are confident in English communication and eager to grow in a professional call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and address client requirements through regular communication and meetings
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow communication scripts and service guidelines for consistency
- Handle customer issues efficiently with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
- Background in Computer Science or related fields (CSE students preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer management systems
Experience Requirement
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in call centers or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory
