Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. The role involves collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, statistical knowledge, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Must attend physical interview & work on-site
- Roster Duty Morning ( 7:00 am to 3:30 pm), Evening( 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm ) and Night ( 10:30 pm to 7:00 am)
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, and web data)
- Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations to support business decisions
- Apply statistical methods to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel
- Present data findings and actionable insights to management in a clear and structured manner
- Maintain, update, and validate databases ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand data requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and analysis processes
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Solid understanding of statistical tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Experience Requirement
- Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and portfolio/projects are also encouraged to apply
Key Competencies
- Data visualization & dashboard development
- Statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Python for data manipulation, automation, and basic machine learning (preferred)
- Ability to communicate complex insights in simple, business-friendly language
- Attention to detail with strong data accuracy mindset
- Problem-solving and logical thinking ability
- Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark (advantageous)
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
